Flexible by design, collaborative by nature, and passionate about helping purpose-driven brands show the world who they are.
Hi, I’m Jessica.
I’ve explored brand design roles in virtually every seat at the table—I worked in-house at Asana and Yahoo, at agencies like Upperquad, Farm Design, and Paladar, and independently as a freelancer working one-on-one with founders. I’ve collaborated with industry leaders like Google and Instagram, rebels like Patagonia and Robinhood, and a wide range of startups that are working to change the world. Having seen the space from almost every angle, you can now find me at Goodside Studio, a full-service brand studio I co-founded to imagine a new way to build brands.
My process is guided by a few beliefs
❄︎
Every project is one of one.
My model lets us build custom teams and solutions for each project uniquely. I source from my trusted network of creatives to assemble a team with the right skills, style, and specialization for you.
❋
A brand is never done.
It needs to grow with you, flex to meet new cultural moments and evolve with your company authentically. That’s why I don’t just design logos, I build systems that give you the tools to change over time.
☻
Creating together is better.
Collaboration makes the creative work stronger. I am driven by the relationships that I build with my clients, founders, and other creatives.
Jessica was a delight to work with and the results from our brand project were outstanding. She’s ingenious, forward thinking, collaborative and more detail oriented than we were aware a person could be. She has a talent not only for creating a unique and enduring aesthetic for your company, but for teasing out your values, articulating them and reflecting them back in every facet of the brand, from copy to images and illustrations. She has an unmatched understanding of brand execution across all channels from social to product and provides you with the tools to successfully roll out the vision.
